Programme

10:50 AM – Train departure from Aregos to Pinhão (55-minute journey)

12:30 PM – Lunch at Cais da Foz Restaurant (starter, main course, dessert, drinks included and coffee)

2:30 PM – Visit and wine tasting at Quinta do Bomfim

4:30 PM – Regular boat trip with embarkation and disembarkation at Magnífico Douro Pier

6:11 PM – Train departure from Pinhão Station back to the original station

Celebrate the arrival of the harvest season with an authentic Douro experience, inviting you to discover the region through its vineyards, local flavours, and breathtaking landscapes.

Booking for a minimum 2 pax. Price per person

Programme

09:00 | Departure from the hotel by shuttle

10:00 | Arrival at Quinta Linhares (Cambres) and start of the harvest experience

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the estate host, who will provide a brief introduction to the Douro harvest tradition.

Throughout the morning, you will have the opportunity to:

• Walk through the vineyards and discover the region's traditional grape varieties;
• Take part in the grape harvest alongside the estate team;
• Learn about the Douro terroir and traditional viticulture practices;
• Watch or, subject to availability and the harvest stage, participate in the traditional grape stomping in granite lagares.

12:30 | Traditional lunch at Quinta Linhares

After the vineyard experience, enjoy a traditional Douro lunch served either inside the estate house or outdoors overlooking the vineyards.

The lunch includes:

• Regional starters;
• Traditional Douro main course;
• Homemade dessert;
• Quinta Linhares wines.

14:30 | Winery visit and wine tasting

Discover the different stages of the winemaking process and finish the visit with a tasting of wines produced on the estate.

16:30 | Shared boat cruise in Pinhão (1 hour)

Complete your day with a shared cruise along the Douro River and admire the stunning vineyard landscapes from the water.

17:30 | Return to the hotel
